Hard-working Northern Irish metal warriors Gacy’s Threads just banged out a new EP which will be available in the next week and I recently shot some promo photos of the band for said EP and accompanying promotional material.

Caught these guys last night for the second time in my life (first outside NYC) and even though there was an abysmal turnout, they completely destroyed. There should be a massive buzz around this band - if you don’t know them, imagine The Jesus and Mary Chain bred with Joy Division and fed through a feedback loop. I know, sexy.

I recently did a number of photos for local electronic musician Jack Hamill aka RL/VL. He has an album coming out on Australian record label Hidden Shoal Recordings and he needed me to do a few shots of him for the promotional material and for the cover of the albums single.
You can see some of these shots below. They were shot on both my D50 and an old Holga medium format.
